Terms of purchase

Prices:

All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). We reserve the right for possible printing and typing errors.

Freight:

We use DHL and Postnord as partners when it comes to delivery. Our hope is that the package will leave us no later than the day after ordering, but sometimes it can take a little longer, up to three days we think is reasonable. Our cheapest shipping on orders under SEK 400 is SEK 39, if the sum is over SEK 399, we have free shipping options. Both DHL and Postnord are quite fast when it comes to delivering packages, it usually takes 1-3 days, a little depending on where in the country you are. Sometimes, however, shipping can take a little longer, especially during campaigns and clearance sales, but also during our partners' peak seasons such as Black Friday and before Christmas.

Uncollected packages:

If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by our carrier, the package is automatically returned to us. We will then charge SEK 299 for the unclaimed package, this covers the costs we have to deliver the item to you. If you wish to have the package sent once more, we can send them as soon as we see that the fee has been paid.

Transport damages:

Always check your package when you receive it. If you see any damage immediately, it must be reported to the driver / delivery point immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item and only notice upon unpacking that the item is damaged in transit, contact us within seven days.

Right of withdrawal:

As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Shopping Act (click here to see it) . The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned in unused and unaltered condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping in case of canceled purchase and also the responsibility for the goods coming back to us lies with the buyer. Always send packages that arrive DIRECTLY to our address and NOT to any agent. Should we need to go to an agent to pick up the product, we charge an administrative fee of SEK 299 for this.

With us, it is SIMPLE and HASSLE-FREE to make a return. If you would like to return all or some of the products, just send them to the address at the bottom of this page together with a delivery note or a copy of it that came with your order so we know who the return is from.

We comply with the law on distance contracts. In the event of any disputes, we refer you to contact your consumer advisor in the first instance and ARN in the second instance. We always follow their advice.

As a customer of PIPEREBEL, in addition to the statutory 14-day right of cancellation, you have ANOTHER 86 days to cancel.

We ALWAYS offer 100 DAYS OPEN PURCHASE, without problems and hassles with the same rules as the first 14 days.

Complaint:

In the event of a complaint, you must always notify us in advance, before you send the products to us, so that we can send you a delivery note. Should you send in a broken product without first notifying us, you will be reimbursed for your return shipping. Should it turn out that it is not a complaint but that the product has been used in the wrong way, we will not reimburse the return shipping or the product, but you of course have the option of having the product sent back to you again for a shipping cost.

Handling of personal data:

In accordance with the GDPR, we store the following personal data about our customers:

Customers: first name, last name, company/organization, e-mail, personal/organization number, VAT number, address, zip code, city, country and Telephone number.

Orders: IP address, e-mail, , social security number, VAT number, address, company, first name, last name, address, postal code, city, telephone number.

We process your personal data in order to:

  • Administer your purchase or order.
  • Communicate with you in connection with the purchase.
  • Send you marketing and customized information about products or your shopping cart.
  • Give you customized marketing in digital channels.
  • Help you with customer service matters.
  • Fulfill legal obligations such as right of withdrawal, complaints and comply with the Accounting Act.

As a customer, you can request an extract, change or deletion of this data at any time.
